Herbal Consultations:

An Initial Herbal consultation involves filling out a Health intake form with information regarding your health concerns, health history, diet and medication and supplement use to name a few things we will cover. Together, we will create a plan addressing your health goals with herbal and holistic strategies in mind with possible suggestions of bodywork and/or other lifestyle recommendations. Follow-up appointments happen generally 4-6 weeks between each appointment until you find resolution with the health issue or issues.

Some health issues I have helped clients with include adrenal fatigue, reproductive and immune support, hormonal imbalance, headaches, and cancer care to name a few. Sitting together, we will explore those areas of imbalance in your health and life that you would like to address.  All information gathered is held in the strictest of confidence and will not be shared with third parties without your written consent.

I use high quality liquid herbal extracts that have a strong therapeutic effect in the body as well as herbal teas and salves. The custom herbal blend that I formulate for you will specifically focus on the areas needed to help make shifts that are waiting to occur with a gentle nudge from the herbs. We can find true balance with help from our herbal allies. Taking a tonic extract over even a short period of time can correct imbalances and restore health; something as simple as drinking an evening tea can do wonders in calming our nervous system and relieving stress.
