Where’s the mitten?!

Can you see the 3 leaf shapes? The simple oval leaf, “mitten” leaf with 1 thumb and 3 lobed one (hiding behind the torn-looking leaf on left). Used in File Gumbo for its mucilaginous properties and citrusy flavor.
